If your child needs a prescription for an acute illness (for example: cough medicine), we will try to call it in as soon as possible. In general, the morning prescriptions will be called in by 1pm and the afternoon prescriptions will be called in by 6pm. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellations:
In the event that you are unable to make an appointment, please call our office to cancel as soon as possible. If you fail to cancel appointments on more that two occasions, you may be asked to find another physician.
Welcome to our practice! We are interested in providing your family with the best medical care as well as guidance in the parenting and rearing of your child or children. Our team is made up of 6 board certified pediatricians and 2 nurse practitioners as well as our nursing and front office staff. Below is information that we hope you will find helpful as an introduction to our practice and how we can best serve you. Please let us know if we can be of any help.
Office Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Saturday 8:00am - Approx. noon. -- For your convenience we are in the office for ill visits only. If your child wakes up ill, please call us as soon as possible and be prepared to come in. We will try to accommodate as many of the ill children as possible. For age specific appointment information, click here.
Prescription Refills:
If your child needs a refill on a medication he/she takes on a regular basis (for example: Ritalin, Concerta, Adderall, Strattera, allergy or asthma meds). Please call in the afternoon at least 5 days before you need the prescription so that we may get it ready for you. Please do not expect these meds to be refilled on the same day, after hours, or on weekends.
